Coach Introduction
MANI WONG
Coach Mani Wong was a player on the Hong Kong Basketball League first team and registered as a professional coach in 2006. She has been a FIBA international coach since 2013 (License number: 2013501210). She has coached the Hong Kong (16-year-old and 18-year-old) youth national teams (women's teams). She has also coached Nike... With years of teaching experience in LEAGUE, the Youth Basketball Training Program, regional basketball training programs, and youth basketball training programs at primary and secondary schools, she has not only achieved outstanding results in various training programs, but also led the Hong Kong, China women's youth team to participate in numerous international competitions since 2013, including the Youth Championships, the National Youth Games, the Asian Games, and the Asian 3x3 Basketball Cup. Currently, in addition to primarily teaching at the Hong Kong YMCA Primary School, she is also one of the current coaches of the Hong Kong, China (16 years old) Youth National Team (Women's Team).
Professional sports theory and methodology training

Consciousness training:
During a game, players often face different situations each time, requiring them to make quick decisions, which inevitably leads to mistakes. Therefore, our coaches provide professional training to enhance players' competitive abilities. We also hope to increase students' interest in basketball, improve their skills, and foster teamwork and discipline through training.
The first 20 to 30 minutes of each training session require trainees to complete some basic technical training in order to achieve the effect of practice makes perfect.
