Delivery policy (including additional printing services)

Delivery Areas and Shipping Costs: Hong Kong Local (SF Express/Our Own Fleet): $30 (Free shipping on orders over $500, 1-3 business days); Macau: $50 (Free shipping on orders over $800, 2-4 business days); Taiwan: $80 (Free shipping on orders over $1200, 3-7 business days); Other International Areas: Actual shipping cost applies, 7-21 business days.
(Calculated based on 1kg or less; for items exceeding 1kg, price will be negotiated.)

Note: For reprinted items, the "estimated delivery time" mentioned above should be calculated from the shipping date, not the order date, due to different production times.

Order Consolidation: If an order contains both "in-stock items without additional printing" and "items requiring additional printing," we will ship them together once all items are completed. We do not ship in separate orders. If you require in-stock items to be shipped first, please place separate orders or pay additional shipping fees.

In cases of undeliverable or delayed packages, where the recipient address is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in the package being returned, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events such as customs, weather, or strikes.
International orders may incur tariffs, which are borne by the buyer.

Order cancellation or modification: Once an order for additional printed items is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or the pattern/size cannot be modified. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Inspection upon receipt: Please inspect the product and printing quality within 48 hours of signing for the package. If you find any printing defects (such as peeling or misalignment), please provide photos and contact customer service. We will not accept claims for damages beyond the time limit or damage caused by human error.

• Self-pickup option: If you choose to pick up the package at the store, you will not need to pay for shipping. You can pick up the package within 7 days of its arrival.
