A. Our company only accepts

- The goods do not match the order, or
- Product damage

We regret that we cannot accept any return/refund/exchange requests due to human factors. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please note that the following reasons are not applicable for returns, nor can they be processed as "goods do not match the order" exchange requests.

- The actual appearance or color of the product may differ slightly from that shown in the photo. The actual product shall prevail.

- Due to differences in screen brightness or color on the computer, there may be slight differences between the actual product and the photo.

B. The following items or products are not eligible for return/refund/exchange service:

- The product delivery period has exceeded 7 days.
- The product is not properly packaged, is damaged, destroyed, or incomplete.
- Products that have been registered for warranty online.
- Any free gifts and trial packs.

C. Replacement goods must be returned together with complete packaging, accessories, instructions and warranty.

D. Before accepting a replacement, you must present the original purchase receipt or the relevant electronic receipt to our company.

E. If your return or exchange request is accepted by the company, but the requested replacement item is sold out, you may choose any item of equal or higher value, and you will only need to pay the difference in price.
