Course Information
1. Precautions:
Sickness: Please upload a doctor's note, medicine packet, or pill pack with the student's name printed on it. (Sick leave from one month prior can be requested.)
School Activities: Please upload the relevant school activity notice. (Application must be submitted 24 hours in advance of the day of the leave request.)
For outbound travel: Relevant travel documentation must be uploaded. (Application must be submitted 24 hours prior to the day of leave request)
For weddings: Relevant supporting documents must be uploaded. (Application must be submitted 24 hours in advance of the day of the leave request)
Funerals: No proof required. (You can apply for leave for a funeral held one month ago.)
No proof required before the start of the class. (Application must be submitted before the first basketball class begins.)
2. Precautions for performing menstrual blood donation:
For each basketball class (8 sessions), a maximum of 2 sessions can be missed. (For seeding basketball courses, a maximum of 3 sessions can be missed.)
Once a leave of absence or make-up session has been applied for, the time cannot be changed. In any case, those who are absent from the make-up session will be considered to have automatically forfeited their right to attend.
All basketball classes canceled due to weather conditions will be made up by the coach.
All make-up acts must be completed within 2 months; failure to do so will be considered an automatic waiver of the right.
No make-up classes will be arranged for any weekday summer courses in July and August (except for leave requests submitted before the start of the course).
EDVBasketball warmly welcomes parents to bring their children for a trial class. The trial class price is the same as the regular class price.
Parents are welcome to pay the trial class fee before the class starts.
